Lewis has joined Ash Capital as an Operations Manager, bringing with him a strong background in construction and commercial delivery across a wide range of projects.

In his role, Lewis is involved in every stage of the construction process, from pricing works and procuring materials through to organising trades, coordinating subcontractors and overseeing health and safety. He works closely with clients and design teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently and in line with expectations. With a hands-on approach and a strong commercial focus, no two days are ever the same.

Having previously worked on high-end residential refurbishments, Lewis was keen to take on a new challenge within the commercial and education sectors. He was drawn to Ash Capital after meeting Peter and learning more about the company’s vision and long-term plans, which aligned closely with what he was looking for in his next role.

Looking ahead to 2026, Lewis is most excited about taking on new projects, building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the continued growth of the team as the business expands.

Outside of work, Lewis enjoys playing tennis and football, travelling whenever he gets the chance, and spending time with friends and family
