Luke joins the team with some previous hands-on experience helping with gardening and maintenance work. He was keen to pursue a career in construction and is looking forward to getting out on site, learning new skills and working his way up into a new role in the future.

A typical day for Luke starts with a coffee before getting stuck in with the team, supporting site activities and helping wherever needed. He enjoys the team environment and the chance to work alongside colleagues who support one another while getting the job done.

One of the things Luke enjoys most about the role is the opportunity to think on his feet and find solutions when challenges arise. The variety that comes with working in construction, combined with the hands-on nature of the work, was a big part of what attracted him to Ash Capital. He enjoys being active, working alongside the team and seeing the results of a hard day’s work.
