Ash Capital is delighted to announce the successful completion of a Cat-B fitout in the heart of Soho, London. This project involved creating a comfortable space to be utilised as living quarters for hotel staff.
With the well-being of staff in mind, our team designed and delivered a kitchenette, modern WCs, changing rooms and shower rooms. The work included constructing new partitions and installations of new kitchen units, sanitaryware and tiling, combining comfort with functionality. Every space was finished to a high standard, ensuring a relaxing environment for the staff during their shifts.
Despite the challenges of working within a live building, our team successfully delivered the project a week ahead of schedule! This project is yet another example which reflects Ash Capital’s commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of construction.
