This project involved an extensive strip out and refurbishment, including the addition of new bathrooms and a kitchen on the 2nd floor
The scope of works encompasses the detailed installation of cutting-edge kitchen facilities on the 2nd floor, expertly integrated into the building’s existing infrastructure for maximum functionality. In addition, our team has fitted modern WCs, complete with sleek new wall and floor tiling that enhances the overall look and durability.
In the office area, the original parquet flooring has been meticulously restored to its former elegance, providing a timeless finish. The ceiling has been transformed exposing a sophisticated waffle concrete design, adding both architectural depth and modern flair to the space.
On the 6th floor, a fully equipped shower room has been installed, featuring stylish new tiling and a modern electric shower, designed for both convenience and contemporary appeal. The high-quality finishes ensure durability while adding a touch of luxury to the space.
