Ash Capital Projects is pleased to announce the successful delivery of their inaugural project with Lazari Investments. This milestone project encompasses a comprehensive strip and fit-out operation across two floors of prime commercial workspace located at 85 Newman Street, nestled in the heart of London's bustling city centre.
The scope of work entails the meticulous installation of brand-new kitchen facilities on each floor, seamlessly integrated with the existing building infrastructure.
Additionally, our team will undertake the incorporation of new Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, synergistically enhancing the functionality and efficiency of the workspace while harmonising with the building’s existing systems.
With 3 other floors of Newman Street in occupation it was crucial that the delivery team were considerate with regards to noise and deliveries not interrupting the other floors of the busy commercial building.
