Caroline Lodge

Ash Capital are proud to have completed extensive fire damage repairs and refurbishment works at Caroline Lodge, a residential block in Hatch End. The project involved restoring individual flats and rejuvenating communal areas, returning the building to a high standard for long-term occupancy.

Project Brief

Externally, the scope of works included the installation of scaffolding, repairs to the roof structure, tile replacement, and detailed brickwork cleaning to enhance both the safety and visual appeal of the property.

Internally, we carried out a full cleaning and redecoration of the stairwell and communal areas, reviving the shared spaces and improving the overall living environment for residents.

Refurbishment works within Flat 3 and Flat 5 were central to the project. Flat 5, which had suffered significant fire damage, underwent a full strip-out and refurbishment, including mechanical and electrical repairs, wall and ceiling reinstatement, and full decoration throughout. We also installed new built-in wardrobes and fitted a new window to the kitchen, improving both function and aesthetics. In Flat 3, redecoration works were completed to restore the space to a clean, high-quality finish.

The Delivery

This project has now been successfully delivered, with both the private and communal areas fully reinstated. Ash Capital remains committed to providing seamless, high-quality restoration work, and we’re proud to have returned Caroline Lodge to a safe, welcoming, and well-finished condition for its residents.
