Ash Capital is honoured to be delivering a complex, multi-floor refurbishment project for our valued client, Lazari Investments Ltd. This project involves the fit-out of a new reception area, lobby refurbishments across seven floors, and the installation of brand-new WCs in the basement and 3rd floor. Additionally, external renovations, including a new ramp and canopy, will be installed at the entrance of the building, which is situated in the heart of Central London.
Since the beginning of the project in December 2024, our team has been hard at work, completing the strip out of the reception and lobby areas. Each floor will be fitted with high-quality finishes, including terrazzo flooring and bespoke timber wall panelling, while new sanitaryware will be installed to upgrade the 3rd floor and basement WCs. The reception will also feature a timber-framed glass screen and a striking glass backlit feature wall, adding a sophisticated and modern touch to the space.
With the challenge of working within a large, live building, we are excited and committed to delivering an excellent, high-quality fit out.
