Situated directly opposite the iconic Wembley Stadium, this unit was one of the most high-profile locations in the Pasta Remoli portfolio.
The brief was twofold: to deliver complex external groundworks around live services, and to carry out internal decorative reordering to enhance the restaurant’s layout and customer experience.
Ash Capital Projects were engaged to plan and execute these works safely and efficiently, maximising outdoor space, improving flow inside the restaurant, and ensuring trading could continue throughout the project.
The external scope presented significant technical challenges, requiring excavation in close proximity to live utilities within a busy pedestrian zone. We utilised vacuum excavation technology to safely expose and work around existing services without the risk of strike or disruption. The result was a newly created external zone that provides valuable additional space for year-round use.
Internally, we carried out a decorative reordering of the space. This included new finishes and minor layout changes to improve functionality and refresh the look and feel of the restaurant. All works were carefully phased around trading hours and local events, with no impact to service.
Ash Capital Projects acted as principal contractor throughout, managing the programme, health and safety, and coordination with key stakeholders including the Pasta Remoli operations team and Wembley Park estate management.
Despite the technical demands and high-profile location, the works were delivered on time, on budget, and with zero disruption to the client’s operations, leaving behind an improved venue ready to welcome thousands of new diners on event days and beyond.
