Ash Capital Projects was selected by Simone and his Pasta Remoil team to oversee the CAT-B fit-out of their flagship restaurant in Bromley.
The unit, formerly a food retail outlet, required a complete transformation, including a remodel and retesting of existing kitchen facilities. Collaborating closely with Simone, the Ash Capital Projects team endeavoured to create a warm and welcoming restaurant environment for customers.
The project encompassed a range of tasks aimed at enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of the space. This included an upgrade to the mechanical and electrical systems, including the installation of new lighting fixtures throughout the premises. Additionally, works involved the installation of new flooring, panelling, and signage to elevate the ambiance of the restaurant.
A key feature of the project was the establishment of an open-plan kitchen, allowing customers to observe the preparation of their meals in real-time. This interactive element aimed to enhance the dining experience and showcase the freshness and quality of the cuisine.
