We are undertaking refurbishment and improvement works at a Royal Hill residential property located within a conservation area in Greenwich, London. The project comprises internal refurbishment, external decorations and associated landscaping works, carefully coordinated within a residential setting.
The works include internal repairs and upgrades, strip-out works, new joinery installations, kitchen and sanitary ware fit-out, mechanical and electrical alterations, insulation upgrades and redecoration. External works include the repair and redecoration of existing joinery, windows, doors and rainwater goods, alongside new hard and soft landscaping works.
We are responsible for site management, coordination of specialist and named subcontractors, health and safety compliance and programme delivery. Works are executed in accordance with the agreed programme, with careful consideration given to neighbouring properties and the residential context. Practical completion will be achieved following inspection, testing and certification in accordance with the contract requirements.
