We are delivering a fast-paced refurbishment and reconfiguration programme at St Cuthbert’s School, involving the separation of the existing building into three independent tenant areas.
The scope includes the development and implementation of a new fire strategy, internal reconfiguration works to create independent demises, toilet refurbishments, new flooring, and full internal decorations. Externally, the works incorporate improvements to circulation areas and building fabric to support the revised operational layout and compliance requirements.
The project is being delivered to an accelerated programme, with out-of-hours working as required. Tenants are lined up ready to move in.
