We are currently undertaking remedial works to water-damaged fabric at St Mary’s Bryanston Primary School in Marylebone. The project involves the remediation and reinstatement of internal areas affected by water ingress, with works carefully managed within an occupied education environment.
The works include the removal of damaged internal finishes, the installation of drying and dehumidification equipment with associated certification, professional mould remediation, and the reinstatement of floors, walls and ceilings. All joinery, replacement windows and lift repairs.
The works are strategically phased to minimise disruption to school operations, with close coordination maintained with the Contract Administrator throughout the programme. Practical completion will be achieved following inspection and certification in accordance with the contract requirements. – High paced programme with out of hours working in order to deliver the area back to the school to open after the Easter holiday.
