We are are looking to appoint an experienced Working Foreman to support our growing portfolio of refurbishment and fit-out projects across London.

We are open to both permanent and contract arrangements for the right individual.

The Role
A hands-on role overseeing day-to-day site operations while maintaining a strong presence on the tools where required. You will be responsible for driving programme, quality, and safety on site, particularly within live and occupied environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors
• Deliver works in line with programme and quality standards
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Plan and manage logistics, materials, and deliveries
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and residents
• Support with hands-on works where required

About You

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman within refurbishment / fit-out
• Strong understanding of sequencing and site coordination
• Comfortable working in live environments
• Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
• SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid
